Consultans
We work with a number of subject matter experts in workplace and change management to ensure the needs of Roche staff are accurately captured ahead of the project, that these are incorporated within the design stage of the project, and to help users transition into the new ways of working after the project. Post-project evaluations are captured and recorded as lessons learned to be implemented in future, resulting in an ongoing journey of improvement.
