This webpage serves as a Playbook for execution of fit-out projects worldwide for Roche Diagnostics. It captures all process and deliverables associated with fit-out project delivery, while remaining as a guide to summarise the governance structure into a simplified instruction manual that can be referred to by all members of the delivery Team.
Audiences
Internal Project Manager
Anyone within Roche Diagnostics responsible for managing a fit-out project locally can use the platform for specific subjects or for a broader understanding.
Technical Project Manager
It is a mandatory requirement for all Technical Project Managers (TPM) to read the Playbook before starting any project delivery.
The Global Account Manager (GAM) should do a thorough review of the Playbook with the TPM to ensure full understanding and identify any further education that may be required.
Wider Audience
Approval required from playbook owner if it is to be shared with any third party (not mentioned before).

The platform provides a detailed description of the Fit-Out process, including all the deliverables and the templates required. The playbook captures all processes and deliverables associated with fit-out project delivery, summarises the governance structure into a simplified instruction platform, and can be referred to as the starting point for all members of the delivery team.
