Facility Management & Real Estate – what is it?

Real Estate encompasses the leasing and ownership of the buildings, land and other spaces in which Roche works. Real Estate vision is to achieve best value in external accommodation for the division and scope of work includes the provision of real estate solution, workplace strategy and fit-out execution.

Facility Management (FM) encompasses multi-disciplinary activities within the built environment and the management of their impact upon people and the workplace. FM scope of work includes the provision of operational FM guidance, consultancy, processes & solutions across the division.

Fit-out Project Team Structure – Delivery Team

  • TPM to act as a single point of contact for the overall team, managing other consultants and liaising with Roche internal experts.
  • TPM will provide updates via monthly reports to the Global Expert PMO & RE Expert (APAC) via the Panel based Global Account Manager (GAM).
  • Global Expert PMO & RE Expert (APAC) will be responsible for identifying the local Roche PM and pass these details to the TPM.
  • All sign offs must follow the organisation chart in terms of flow.
