  • Full scope fit out or significant refurbishment
  • Location with limited local design resources

Architect Involvement

  • Corresponding to the Global Architect Involvement level 2 (most typical involvement level)
  • Designer appointment required to complete concept design before D&B contractor RFP process

  • Concept Designer selected from a pool of preferred global designers (unless instructed otherwise by Roche Global Architect)
  • Procurement will commence once Concept Design completed
  • Roche will place contracts with TPM; Concept Designer; D&B contractor
