  • Single point of responsibility with GC resulting in faster delivery and reduced DSC involvement on simple projects
  • Time & cost certainty agreed in early stages
  • Not suitable for projects where change is likely
  • Tenders can be difficult to assess

High level description

  • Procurement will start once Fit Out Spec (High level client brief) prepared by TPM
  • Roche will place contracts with TPM; D&B contractor
