  • Provides overarching change engagement strategy
  • Responsible for workplace layouts reflect the workplace strategy to support the functional requirements of the end user

Global Expert Real Estate Transactions

  • Global Diagnostics real estate transaction policy and process
  • Governance approval of all Diagnostics real estate transactions
  • Secures competitive financial and non-financial terms
  • Consistent application of Roche best practice Real Estate process
  • Internal stakeholders and external real estate partners relationships
  • Global lease administration and real estate contract data
  • Leads site selection process
  • Ensures economic value that is aligned with corporate requirements and the local Real Estate needs

Global Expert Facility Management

  • Create culture of excellence in facilities and facilities services
  • Ensuring that services are sourced optimally and provide internal organizations with guidance on contract management
  • Develop service and provider models to ensure efficient and effective operation of facilities
  • Ensure collaboration within site and across network activities
  • Support and enable local site management in proactively managing and steering internal and external service provisions
  • Assist in the application of strategic asset maintenance concepts
  • Implementation of Integrated Workplace Management Systems

Global Expert Interior Design

  • Representative of the Design of the Built Environment global team (corporate architecture)
  • Ensuring adherence to Roche Corporate Identity and Our Spaces – Roche global guide of the built environment
  • Represents Roche interests, guidelines and directives in front of the external consultants and Roche local organization
  • Owner of the Project Architect/Designer Selection Process
  • Defines specific design goals in collaboration with local stakeholders.
  • Reviews and endorses the project layout
  • Reviews and approves the project at the end of each design phase
  • Reviews the furniture bid returns and endorses final selection
  • Assists with the guiding the production of professional photography and ensures alignment with Roche photography guidelines
